Are you over 50?
Now you are throw out all the stereotypes about the second half of your life.
Not only can we enjoy ourselves as much as ever, perhaps more, but we can empower ourselves with better exercise and healthier eating.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not talking about all that complex health crazy exercising you get on other websites or never eating another piece of chocolate cake in your life. I think that’s totally over rated, and as we say in the south, “a whole lot of hog wash”.

We can enjoy better health by doing the small things such as walking around the block three times a week for 30 minutes. We can eat better with excellent mouth-watering recipes that can help build up our immune systems, not that strange health food of the past, or that fast food cardboard which isn’t good for us.

We can have more strength, endurance, muscle mass, better flexibility, while avoiding many unnecessary diseases along the way. We can exercise our brains and have a better more positive outlook. And last but not least, we can leave our younger counterparts reeling, while wondering where we get all the energy to accomplish everything that we are able to do.

I’m Alice Stevens and Bill Wardell and I came up with the concept for this site, based on our very popular Agingparentsauthority. I’m from Nashville and Bill resides in Utah and thanks to The Internet we can get our message of fitness and empowerment for those of us over 50 across to wider audiences like you.
